Right of withdrawal from the contract

The purchaser has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the receipt of the ordered goods by the purchaser personally, from the carrier or by a third party delegated by purchaser.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser informs the seller of his decision to withdraw from this contract via unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail or e-mail) at ADAPTRADE s.r.o., Betliarska 9, 85107 Bratislava, email: info@diwear.eu, tel. : +421 903 367 150, +421 905 849 366. For this purpose, the consumer may use the model form for the withdrawal, which is available on the website of the e-shop.

The period for withdrawal is retained if the purchaser sends a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal the last day before the expiry of the period of withdrawal.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

After withdrawal from the contract the seller returns all fees paid by the purchaser in connection with the making of the contract, in particular the purchase price including the cost of delivering
the goods to the purchaser. It does not cover the additional cost, if the purchaser has chosen a different type of service than the least expensive conventional method, which was offered by the seller. Payments will be refunded to the purchaser without delay, within 14 days from the day when the seller received a notice of withdrawal from this contract. Their payment will be made in the same manner as the purchaser`s payment if the purchaser expressly don`t disagree with this. It will be done without charging any additional fees.

Payment for purchased goods will be reimbursed to the purchaser upon receipt of the returned goods back to the contact address or on submission of documentary proof of sending the goods back, whichever occurs first.

The purchaser must send the goods back to the seller or bring it to the contact address within 14 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal from the contract. The period shall be deemed to be observed if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser.

The purchaser is responsible for any diminished value as a result of treatment with the goods other than what is necessary to preserve the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
